At Pewstudios , we value customer satisfaction. This policy outlines how we handle returns and refunds for both physical products and digital goods.

🔁 Returns – Physical Products

You may return eligible physical items (e.g., red dot sights, weapon lights, and accessories) within 30 days of delivery.

To Be Eligible for a Return:

  • Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition you received it.

  • Must be in the original packaging with all accessories and manuals included.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt).

Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Used or damaged items not due to shipping

  • Items missing original packaging or accessories

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Digital products/downloads (see below)

💻 No Refunds on Digital Products

All sales of digital products are final.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Digital downloads

  • Instructional guides

  • Printable targets

  • E-books

  • Software or firmware

Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once a digital file has been accessed or downloaded.

If you experience issues with a digital product (e.g., file not working), please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.

💸 Refunds – Physical Products

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or denial.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless:

  • We shipped the wrong item

  • The product arrived defective or damaged

Use a trackable shipping service and consider insurance for items over $75.

🛠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number and clear photos.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or exchange at no extra cost.

📦 How to Initiate a Return

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

We’ll send you return instructions and a shipping label if eligible.

  • Unauthorized returns may be refused.

  • We reserve the right to deny refunds for items returned in unsellable condition.
